SHONA Robison has been slammed over her “reckless” plans to abandon UK Fiscal rules to plug the SNP Government's £1.5 billion budget blackhole.

The Finance Secretary hinted in an interview that the government may be forced to U-turn on its position income tax amid reports Chancellor Rachel Reeves will increase income tax in the Budget this month.

She claimed Scottish Government had a “very limited” set of levers to respond if Rachel Reeves makes the tax decision on November 26.
