Jeers not cheers at royal rovers’ return

IT'S NOW looking increasingly likely that Harry and Meghan will return to the UK, at least for temporary visits (of course Harry's here at the moment, pursuing one of his interminable court cases).

Their security is being reinstalled, and, presumably bracing themselves for an onslaught, the Prince and Princess of Wales have hired Liza Ravenscroft, a PR with experience in crisis management.

Is this bad news for the monarchy? Well no. What all this seems to be ignoring is that the rest of us have well and truly got the measure of the Montecito duo and can’t stand the sight of them. The pair were given everything this country has to offer and threw it all back in our face.
