Bombardier Olie Cutting, 37, left his logistics job in 2019 to join the Army, and he hasn't looked back since. He decided to make the leap later in life, seeking a fresh challenge and a chance to improve himself.

He said his military career has completely transformed his life. "I joined for better opportunities and a more exciting life, as well as a chance to better myself, gain qualifications, and have unique experiences," Bombardier Cutting said. "There's been a change in every aspect of my life - my mindset, my outlook, what's important and what's not. It's made me a different and better person."
