Fans threatened with season ticket ban
St Mirren have warned fans against reselling their tickets for Hampden — fearing it could lead to Celtic supporters infiltrating the Buddies end for the Premier Sports Cup Final.
Stephen Robinson’s men face holders Celtic in the Mount Florida showpiece on Sunday, December 14.
Saints were handed an initial allocation of 9,500 and told that they could receive up to 17,000 briefs if sales go well.
The club announced that season-ticket holders, who were allowed to buy tickets before they go on general sale, would be permitted to buy up to 20 per person.
More than 5,000 were snapped up by Paisley punters in the first two hours of sales on Tuesday.
