Seven-year rise from trainee to a director

ACCOUNTANCY services and business advice provider Xeinadin has appointed Pavanvir Dhaliwal as director in its Leicester office.

Pavanvir joined the practice as a trainee in 2018.

In his new role, he will lead a portfolio of SME clients across the Midlands, with a particular focus on the dentistry and property sectors.

His role also includes overseeing team development, supporting office-wide strategy and preparing clients for regulatory changes, including the rollout of Making Tax Digital.
