WE ROUND UP THE BEST TITLES COMING YOUR WAY IN THE NEXT 12 MONTHS

The Midnight Walkers (PEGI 18) Platform: PC Release: January 29 This game was pushed back from a November release, but should be coming to early access at the end of January.

Developed by Oneway Ticket Studio, the extraction survival game is set in a world overrun with zombies.

Stuck in a mega complex, you make your way through the various floors clearing the undead as you go.

The thing is, it’s not just zombies you have to be worried about as poison gas is also spreading through the building.

You'll scavenge gear to craft better weapons and armour, collect valuable loot to purchase upgrades and fight off other survivors.

Alongside the solo campaign, you can also play with up to two other players hoping there's strength in numbers.

Resident Evil Requiem (PEGI 18) Platforms: PS5, Xbox X/S, Switch 2, PC Release: February 27

Not one, but three Resident Evil games will be released at the end of February, including Gold Editions of Village and Biohazard.

But the one that should be on your radar is Requiem - the ninth main game in the series, and one developers are claiming is the most immersive yet.

The story is set 30 years after the events of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, when Raccoon City was ultimately destroyed.

The game features a new protagonist, FBI agent Grace Ashcroft, who is dispatched to investigate a series of mysterious deaths at a hotel within the burgeoning new city.

007 First Light (PEGI16) Platforms: PSS, Xbox X/S, Switch 2, PC Release: May 27
