Murphy says Queens must vastly improve to beat Hamilton Accies

Queen of the South boss Peter Murphy wants his players to be "100 times better" when they face Hamilton Accies tonight.

The Doonhamers head to Lanarkshire after being beaten 3-0 at Peterhead on Saturday night.

And Murphy told club media: "Hamilton got a really good result on Saturday, 4-0 against Montrose, and they're doing really well.

"They had a really good result against us the last time. We're away from home again and we need to make sure we're 100 times better than what we were today.

"Hamilton will be riding high in confidence, and we'll need to be top of our game.

"It's going to be a tough game but we need to make sure we're fully prepared, fully up for it and doing the right things."
