A HOMELESS man was arrested in Sea Point on Monday morning after he allegedly struck a female parking marshal on the head with a glass bottle, leaving her bleeding heavily.
The brutal attack, which occurred around 8.30am, marks the second violent incident against a woman in the area in just three days.
The Sea Point City Improvement District (CID), which manages local safety operations, confirmed its officers detained the suspect minutes after the victim ran into their offices seeking help.
