GREGG Wallace is suing the BBC for up to £10,000 in damages for distress and harassment.
The former MasterChef presenter claims that the broadcaster unlawfully failed to disclose his personal data.
Barrister Lawrence Power said his client requested details related to his work, contract and conduct from both the BBC and BBC Studios.
