Robbo urges Red Army to rally behind new regime
STEPHEN ROBINSON has urged the Red Army to get behind his team and help spark an Aberdeen revolution.
The new manager will take charge of the Dons for the first time against inform Falkirk at Pittodrie today.
The former St Mirren gaffer's appointment has been met with a mixed reaction although the Northern Irishman has started to win a few doubters over with his early interviews.
Robinson knows the importance of getting everyone together and harnessing something special in the Granite City. He's also aware of the importance of hitting the ground running.
And he said: "Universal approval, it doesn't happen nowadays. Everyone's got an opinion. Everyone's entitled to that opinion.
"Some are more educated than others of course but we want to start, hit the ground running. We want to win the game. We want the players to respond. They don't respond to criticism.
"Nobody in life goes to work and responds when you're told you're not very good or you get booed.
