Del out to seal Danny long term as 'deal to be done' for Ndaba

DEREK MCINNES has revealed Kilmarnock are still working towards extending Danny Armstrong's deal.

And the Rugby Park boss is adamant an agreement can be reached with Ipswich for the return of Corrie Ndaba.

McInnes says squad strengthening efforts are constant as the club aim to build on last term's success, which brought European football back to Ayrshire.

Killie go into the new campaign with most of their top stars tied down beyond the next year.

Out of contract next summer, Armstrong is an exception but the club will not give up trying to extend his stay.
