CONGRATULATIONS TO SIR CLIFF ON HIS 85TH
Daily Record
|October 11, 2025
AFTER 300million record sales, 14 UK number ones and a top-five album in eight different decades, Cliff Richard would be forgiven for putting his feet up.
Instead, the veteran entertainer is gearing up to go on tour again - at the age of 85.
To mark his birthday on Tuesday, our sister paper the Mirror has published a new book, Cliff at 85, which shares some of the best photos of the man himself taken by its army of photographers throughout his long career.
They cover his time as the young Harry Webb, born in India to a British dad who worked on the railways, through his movie star era with Summer Holiday and his Christian preacher years to the octogenarian we know today who led the Platinum Jubilee Parade in 2022 for Queen Elizabeth II.
