Author Andy: Book went Supersonic as gigs were revealed

ASCOTS author who was at King Tut's in Glasgow on the night Oasis were discovered says his book about the band has “gone Supersonic" since their reunion was announced.

Andy Bollen's book Definitely Maybe: The Birth, Death and Resurrection of Oasis tells the inside story of that mythical meeting at the venue.

The memoir is based on the night Alan McGee, the man behind Creation Records, first heard Oasis, which led to them being offered a record deal.

Andy, from Coatbridge, said: “It's been pretty mental, the last few months. Ina nice way. It's doing well and flying off the shelves. | suppose the book's gone Supersonic.
