'Unbelievable' chance to take on long lease at famous tearoom

THE "unbelievable' opportunity to run a famous North Wales tearoom has been announced.

Tu Hwnt i'r Bont sits on the Afon Conwy at Llanrwst, next to the Pont Fawr bridge over the river.

It is one of the most photographed locations in Wales, renowned for its distinctive Virginia creeper ivy that's loved by photographers.

The creeper changes from green in the spring and summer months to a deep red as autumn approaches, before shedding its leaves.
