Two men die at scene as car and truck collide

TWO men have died following a crash on the A487 Porthmadog bypass on Saturday evening.
They have been named as Matthew Hardy and Daniel Atkinson.
North Wales Police confirmed both men were confirmed dead at the scene of a crash involving an Isuzu recovery truck and a VW Golf shortly before 9.30pm.
The force is now appealing for witnesses, and has also confirmed it has referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
