EX-CAERNARFON MAYOR AND CYNGOR GWYNEDD CHAIRMAN WILLIAM TUDOR OWEN HAS DIED
TRIBUTES have been paid to a former Mayor and ex-councillor after his sad death.
William Tudor Owen, who passed away last month, “always had a smile on his face”, said Cyngor Gwynedd.
Mr Owen represented Peblig ward on Cyngor Gwynedd for more than 20 years between May 1996 and May 2017, and was Council Chair between 2010-11.
He was also a member of the old Arfon Council before Cyngor Gwynedd was established in 1996 and served the people of Caernarfon for more than 30 years.
