A VIDEO captured the terrifying moment a murderer smashed his way into a stranger's home before stamping her to death.

Dean Mears broke into the Rhyl home of Catherine Flynn, before murdering her in her own bedroom.

Ring doorbell footage released by North Wales Police shows the moment the “abhorrent” murderer smashed his way into the “wonderful” nan’s property on Cefndy Road.

He is later seen on the footage launching himself back out of the house before fleeing from the scene, having brutally murdered the defenceless 69-year-old.
