REDORANGE can secure victory in the William Hill Beverley Bullet Sprint Stakes (2.05pm) at Beverley this afternoon.
Meanwhile at Sandown Publish can win the Group Three Betmgm Solario Stakes (3.35pm).
Trainer Clive Cox has won the Beverley Bullet three times in the last four years and sends 2023 winner Kerdos back to the Yorkshire track but it is stablemate, the consistent Redorange, who may give him another success in the Listed five-furlong feature.
The three-year-old, who was an excellent winner of a sprint handicap at Chester's May Festival, has been a touch unfortunate not to add to that second career success. But the gelded son of Mehmas has run with great credit in all four starts since at the biggest summer Festivals.
Redorange was a closeup third to the reopposing Adrestia in the Palace Of Holyroodhouse Stakes at Royal Ascot in June and was fourth back at the Berkshire venue the following month. He was again behind Adrestia when third, not beaten far again, in a race won by Brazen Bolt at the Glorious Goodwood Festival.
Redorange again had to settle for the minor spoils when second to Miss Attitude stepped up to Listed company in the Prix de Cercle - Don Juan Cuneo Solari at Deauville earlier this month.
This is arguably his toughest assignment but Redorange can finally return to winning ways and grab a deserved second success of the campaign.
