Mbeumo can give Red Devils the consistency they are sorely lacking

ONE of the biggest problems Manchester United experienced last season was a lack of consistency.

Every time it felt as though United had taken one step forward, they immediately took two steps back.

The biggest example of that was when they beat Manchester City 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium in December and then lost their next four games.

United failed to win back-to-back Premier League games at any point last season, meaning they last achieved that particular feat in May 2024. They most recently won back-to-back games across all competitions in March.

A lack of consistency was a major problem for the Red Devils last season, both collectively and individually.

With the exception of Bruno Fernandes and Amad, they struggled to get a regular tune out of anyone.
