Blues hindered by 'ghosts from past' says Beto

BETO admits Everton may be haunted by ghosts from the past after surrendering another lead against Ipswich Town.

Saturday’s draw at Goodison Park was the fourth time the team have let a two-goal lead slip and they have won just one of their last 10 games.

The Blues have dropped 10 points from winning positions when they have led by two or more goals this season.

Speaking after the game, David Moyes said his side needed to improve their game management.

However, Beto -who scored the opening goal against Ipswich - believes there might be something psychological behind his side’s inability to hold onto leads.

"There is not a reason, but we know this is happening" the forward said.
