Whitty: Kids get rotten start on dental health

SIR Chris Whitty has warned that children not being able to access dentists is setting them up for lives of poor dental health.

Along with NHS boss. Amanda Pritchard, England's Chief Medical Officer agreed before a parliamentary committee yesterday that the NHS dentistry payment contract is not fit for purpose.
