GOSHEN is fancied to bring the house down with a win in the Best Odds On The Betfair Exchange Handicap Chase (3.35) at Sandown.

Best known for his exploits over hurdles, Gary (below) and Josh Moore’s stable stalwart has had just four starts over fences, failing to take to the discipline in two attempts at the beginning of 2023.

But Goshen made it third time lucky over the larger obstacles with a narrow novices handicap chase success at Exeter exactly a year ago.

And his fifth to Victiorino, a smart performer operating at the top of his game, at Ascot three weeks ago rates a decent effort.

Racing from a 3lb lower mark, Niall Houlihan’s mount can run out a popular winner.
