Trump outrage at shooting of two soldiers in US capital, He vows to 're-examine' all Afghan refugees under Biden

DONALD Trump demanded all Afghan refugees who entered the US under the Joe Biden administration should be “reexamined” after the shooting of two National Guard troops.

The President was incensed by the “targeted” attack - allegedly by a 29-year-old Afghan national -in Washington, DC on Wednesday.

He said: “This was a heinous assault and an act of evil, an act of hatred and an act of terror. It was a crime against our entire nation. It was a crime against humanity.”

The two soldiers - Sarah Beckstrom, 20, and Andrew Wolfe, 24 - remain in a critical condition.

Last night Sarah's father Gary told the New York Times his daughter would not survive her injuries. He said from hospital: “She has a mortal wound. I'm holding her hand right now.”
