Trump's state visit to the UK in question?

On the basis of an accumulation of disastrous actions by President Trump since taking office, a state visit to the UK should be out of the question and the prime minster should halt any further appeasement of the president even if it puts at risk any possible trade agreement with the USA.

Clearly, before his election, the US Constitution was put in jeopardy by Trump refusing to accept his predecessor's lawful victory in 2020 and by his subsequent criminal action in instigating the assault of the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021.

Since taking office, Trump has ridden rough-shod over the US Constitution by signing daily Executive Orders without reference to Congress and allowing non-elected Elon Musk to create DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) which has summarily dismissed thousands of workers from at least 34 key US federal agencies such as USAid, the Food and Drugs Administration and Departments of Defense, Education, and Energy.
