FENSIDE VOLUNTEERS COME OUT IN FORCE TO COMBAT FLY-TIPPERS
A COMMUNITY in Boston came together earlier this month for a spring clean event to tackle household waste and litter.
On Friday, May 16, residents across Fenside found skips conveniently sited in strategic places to help them ensure that their unwanted waste and materials didn't end up in a land-fill site.
The successful clean-up event was held in Fenside by Lincolnshire Housing Partnership and followed a similar event held in April in Nunsthorpe, Grimsby.
Everyone who lives in Fenside was encouraged to join in the 'Skip Day' by disposing of household waste into provided skips and taking part in a community-wide litter pick.
