TWO persistent offenders from Boston have been sentenced after causing “significant disruption” to local businesses.
David Titley, 45, appeared before Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, February 11, where he was recalled to prison for 64 weeks after breaching the conditions of a previous sentence.
Titley, of Medlock House, Lincoln Lane, Boston, was handed a 22-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months on November 14, 2025, for multiple shop thefts and breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order.
