A family’s world is torn apart when Jamie Miller (Owen Cooper) is arrested for killing a teenage girl who goes to his school.

Stephen Graham plays Jamie’s father and “appropriate adult”, Eddie, while Ashley Walters is Detective Inspector Luke Bascombe, Erin Doherty plays Briony Ariston, the clinical psychologist assigned to Jamie's case, and Mark Stanley is Jamie's solicitor Paul Barlow.
