PLANS to spend more than £14million on a brand new primary school in Fleet are expected to be given the green light today (Wednesday).

Hampshire County Council is set to approve the funding for the construction of Hartland Village Primary School, which will eventually provide places for up to 420 pupils. The new school will form part of the Hartland Village development of around 1,500 homes.
