Seamus Conneely is back at Accrington Stanley having left the club earlier in the summer
STANLEY midfielder Seamus Conneely has signed up to his twelfth season at the Wham Stadium, with his sights set on breaking 400 appearances for the Reds.
Out of contract earlier in the summer, he was initially released by the club but is now back for another year.
"Discussions were ongoing over the summer - my family are very settled in the area and I wanted to stay, I want to be here for the long term and I see my future here at this club, as it means a lot to me and my family.
“We were able to come to an agreement, which is pleasing for me and my family, and we are looking forward to the season ahead.”
