It’s wedding time in Walford… Or is it? As Elaine and George gear up for their big day, there’s the usual dose of soapy drama that leaves us viewers wondering whether or not the loved-up pair will make it down the aisle.

The couple have had a rocky time of it since relocating to the Square from Marbella, and that’s largely due to a certain lady called Cindy. Lainey’s been living in constant fear that her fella and his ex-wife have unfinished business, and he did nothing to allay that fear by having a smooch with the blonde when he was grieving the death of his adoptive mother Gloria.
