Linda Carter wants Halloween to be a night to remember, and it proves to be just that when she walks into her kitchen and gets the shock of her life. On the day that’s associated with darkness and terror, has she had a visit from the person she prayed she’d never set eyes on again – her rapist, Dean Wicks?
