Discovering the art of sumo wrestling and navigating a suspension bridge on rickety wooden planks are among the activities ahead for Bradley Walsh and his son Barney as they embark on an adventure in Asia for the sixth run of their popular ITV1 travelogue Breaking Dad.

Here, Bradley, 64, and Barney, 27, who both also host BBC1's Gladiators, tell us about their six-part trip...

So, which countries do you visit?

BRADLEY We start off in Japan, experiencing the hustle and bustle of cities Tokyo and Osaka. We then hop over to Thailand, and the beaches in the southern islands are spectacular, not that I got to do much sunbathing! Later on, we head north to the capital, Bangkok, and then up to the mountains of Chiang Mai.
