Barsha Phukan is J the Founder and Chief Designer of I Vasundhara, an aesthetic design and fashion studio. Born and brought up in the Jorhat district in Upper Assam, Barsha completed her undergraduate studies in microbiology from Bengaluru and later did her advanced diploma in fashion design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in 2004, which was her true calling. She worked as an assistant designer for many companies in Bengaluru throughout her formative days to familiarise herself with the industry.
