Alta Vida in Pune launches India's first major restaurant residency with Nusantara by Locavore from Bali

Setting a benchmark in the city with award-winning dining destinations such as Ukiyo, Aasmana, Three Kitchens Restaurant and Bar, and The Ritz-Carlton Tea Lounge, The RitzCarlton, Pune has introduced a first-of-its-kind concept of a restaurant residency in India. Located on the fourth floor, Alta Vida is a poolside cocktail bar and grill with a panoramic view of the city. The restaurant showcases a rotating line-up of international chefs, each of whom will bring their unique culinary vision to life within the space every six months.
