The Humble Bumblebee

Bobo bumblebee was very kind and always used to help everyone. Bunny bird was his friend, but his behaviour was not like Bobo's-he was mean and unhelpful. He criticised everyone.

Despite that, Bobo was friends with him. Bobo knew that no one would befriend Bunny because of his short temper.

Bobo believed that Bunny was a kind and heart. I will always be Bunny's friend, he thought.

He often explained to Bunny that one should always be ready to help another in times of need.

Bobo was happy in his own way and whenever Bunny said something mean about anyone, he would try and distract him from being negative by changing the topics and talking about things Bunny liked.

One day both of them were roaming in a garden. They saw a squirrel crying in its underground home.

Perhaps she was ill.

Bobo went to her and asked what had happened. She told him that her mother had left her and she was feeling lonely.

He asked her how that had happened, but the squirrel continued sobbing and couldn't answer. Bunny was ignoring all this and having a good time eating seeds.
