ENVISIONING A GREENER TOMORROW

When a company earns the coveted Great Place to Work certification, it's more than just a badge — it's a reflection of the culture that powers everything beneath the surface. For RPV Prasad, Managing Director of Envision Energy India, that culture starts with something simple but powerful: trust.

“We're incredibly proud to be certified,” says Prasad. “But for me, it's always been about creating an environment where people feel heard, respected, and connected to something bigger. At Envision Energy India, we lead with transparency and empathy. The 100% Indian leadership team has worked hard to ensure every employee feels like they belong — and can thrive.”

It's this same philosophy that underpins Envision's broader mission in India — a mission that aligns closely with the country's ambitious clean energy targets. Having witnessed India's power sector transform over the decades, Prasad is optimistic about where it's headed.

“The shift has been dramatic,” he reflects. “From coal dominance to a fast-growing renewable future, we're truly in a new era. Solar capacity alone has jumped from 66.78 GW in 2022-23 to over 100 GW in 2024-25. Backed by progressive policies like the Electricity Act and National Solar Mission, India is on track to meet 50% of its power needs from non-fossil sources by 2030 — ahead of its Paris targets.”

This is where Envision sees itself making a decisive impact. Known globally for its smart wind turbines and digital energy platforms, Envision is doubling down on solutions tailored to India’s needs — especially in wind energy and storage.
