It’s such a hugely sensitive topic and I felt really privileged to be involved in it, to be trusted with it. I feel in very safe hands working with Jack [P Shepherd]. We discussed it, of course, but we’ve yet to film the scenes when Shona finds out the true horror of what David has gone through.
