Find Cold Comfort This Winter

After all that heat it seems like we’ve gone from shorts to jumpers almost overnight. It’s a reminder that while there might still be a taste of summer left, autumn isn’t far away. For some of us that’s enough to send a tinge through our joints, a warning of the pains of winter ahead.

As the weather deteriorates the problems only get worse. Stiffness in the joints is something that affects us more and more as we get older – if we don’t look after them we can find ourselves with arthritis and a lack of mobility that makes even popping out to the shops a trial.

We increasingly need to be pro-active yet we can find ourselves at a time in our lives when a run or a visit to the gym isn’t really an option.
