Bengal to roll out census from Aug 1
West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Friday announced that the Census 2027 exercise will be conducted in the State between August 1 and the end of February next year, asserting that the long-overdue headcount has “no connection with politics” even as he trained his guns on the previous Trinamool Congress Government for delaying it.
