Seadog's resurgence can result in success

DARREN KELLY has told his Scarborough Athletic players they must keep their standards high if they’re to gatecrash the play-offs.

Boro were 19th in the BetVictor NPL Premier Division when Kelly took the manager’s job in November.

But a sharp upturn in form – including six wins in their last seven – has seen Kelly’s side steadily climb the table.

While he says there is work to be done in the close season, that won’t stop them from living in the moment

“I almost wish I’d been in at the start of the season because I believe, if I had, then we would have a lot more points,” Kelly told
