“പൂമരം’ എന്ന സിനിമ ചിത്രീകരണം കഴിഞ്ഞ് റിലീസ് ആകാൻ കുറച്ചു സമയമെടുത്തു. ആദ്യ സിനിമ വൈകുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ വന്നു തുടങ്ങി. പക്ഷേ, അപ്പോഴേക്കും ഞാൻ രണ്ടാമത്തെ സിനിമയായ \"കുങ്ഫു മാസ്റ്ററിനു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള പരിശീലനം ആരംഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഒന്നര വർഷം ഞാൻ മാർഷൽ ആർട്സ് പഠിച്ചു. അതിന്റെ ഇടയിൽ വന്ന അവസരങ്ങൾ എടുക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. പരിശീലനത്തിനിടെ ഉഴപ്പാൻ എനിക്കു താൽപര്യമില്ലായിരുന്നു.
