He’s devised this fat-burning circuit that can be done in just 14 minutes. (Yep, quicker than you can get ready in the work toilets.) “Each move works a major muscle group,” he says. “It gives you an all-over body workout that will leave you toned and sculpted.” Do the full circuit twice through, three times a week. J-Law wouldn’t shirk at it – and neither should you.
