Drama queen hired

Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex have raised eyebrows for hiring former Netflix PR executive Emily Robinson as their director of communications, despite the fact she was responsible for promoting some of the most controversial seasons of the royal drama The Crown.

Emily oversaw worldwide publicity for seasons three to six of the hit show, which covered storylines such as Harry dressing as a Nazi for a fancy dress party and his mother Princess Diana's bombshell Panorama TV interview.

Emily was also part of a team that fought against calls for a disclaimer to be issued for content in series five, which depicted Harry's dad Charles, then the Prince of Wales, plotting against his mother Elizabeth II.
