1 FLOPPY DISKS

In the early era of storage, Floppy disks were widely used I Floppy were storage. They are flat, square shaped disks of thin magnetic material that store digital data. It had a maximum storage capacity of 2.8MB, which was enough back in the day to store documents. However, with the advancement of technology, they became outdated and were eventually replaced by more advanced alternatives such as USB drives, SSDs and cloud storage. USB drives offer a more convenient way of storing and transferring data, while cloud storage provides a reliable method of data storage.
