Fifth person is charged over man’s street death

FIFTH person has been charged in a South Wales Police murder investigation following the death of a 22-year-old in Pontypridd.
Liam Woolford died in Rhydyfelin after police were called to a disturbance at Poets Corner just before 1am on Tuesday, September 23.
Three men in their twenties were injured and taken to hospital, but Mr Woolford died as a result of his injuries.
Zoe Peters, 36, of Rhydyfelin, Pontypridd, has now been charged with attempted murder and conspiracy to wound another. She was due to appear in court yesterday.
The four others facing charges appeared in court on September 27.
Jake Staples, 24, of Porth, has been charged with murder, attempted murder, wounding with intent, conspiracy to wound another and possession of a bladed article.
