Rabies deaths: Rights panel calls for effective treatment protocol

|The New Indian Express Kannur
THE Kerala State Human Rights Commission has taken serious note of the incidents where people — including children in recent cases — have reportedly died of rabies despite receiving vaccinations.

Baijunath highlighted the growing threat posed by the stray dog population across the state, calling the situation alarming.
