DUNSTON boss Jon McDonald is eyeing a home draw in the second round of the FA Trophy after Wil Shaw's wonder goal saw off North East neighbours Hebburn Town.
Shaw’s stunning first-half strike lit up the UTS Stadium on Friday night and ensured McDonald's men's place in the Dunston history books as he led the club into the second round of the Trophy for the first time.
After collecting a pass from teammate JJ O'Donnell, former Consett man Shaw sent a sumptuous curling effort beyond the desperate dive of on-loan Sunderland youngster Dan Cameron and inside his far post.
