FORCED to retire through injury in 2023, few players have embodied Sunderland AFC Women quite like Keira Ramshaw.

The lifelong Sunderland supporter made a remarkable 244 appearances across 14 years with the club, cementing her place as the Lasses' record appearance holder and one of only two players - alongside Steph Bannon - to surpass 200 games in red and white.

"The club means everything to me," she told safc.com when reflecting on her journey.
