WINGER'S ARRIVAL HERALDS BUSY MONTH ON TRANSFERS
NEWCASTLE United are due to announce the arrival of Spanish winger Antonio Cordero in what could be a busy June on Tyneside.
The 18-year-old is believed to have agreed a contract until 2030 and will officially become a Newcastle player next month.
The Magpies beat the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid to Cordero's signature and he will be welcomed by United staff at Benton this summer before a decision on a loan deal is made, with Ajax mooted as possible suitors of a temporary deal.
But Cordero's official confirmation is believed to be only the start of a flurry of activity at St James' Park.
EARLY DECISIONS TO BE MADE AT UNITED
Early summer decisions on Callum Wilson's next step will be made before Newcastle get to grips with what is essentially a two-tier window.
