BUT CLEVERLEY WOULD LOVE A TROPHY FINAL
TOM Cleverley has spelled out his desire for Plymouth Argyle to win the Vertu Trophy this season but insisted results in League One remain the priority for him.
The Pilgrims have climbed away from the bottom of the league table and up to 14th position after a run of five wins and two draws from their last eight games.
That leaves them six points within a playoff place but they are still only four points above the relegation zone, given how close it is in the standings.
Argyle found out before their 1-0 league win at Peterborough United on Saturday that they had been drawn away to Luton Town or Swindon Town in the quarterfinals of the Vertu Trophy.
